Dvele Fence Installation: The Orlando Owner’s Guide

Dvele fence installation in Orlando typically runs $3,500 to $9,000 installed, depending on fence length, material, and whether old fence sections need to be pulled and hauled. We stock Dvele-compatible fence hardware and panels on the truck, so most Orlando jobs are done in one to two days once we’ve confirmed your model specs. Most owners find us the same way: a storm blows through, a fence section leans or splinters, and suddenly they’re looking at a gap between their yard and the neighbor’s.

Fences in Orlando don’t fail politely. The humidity works on wood, the afternoon thunderstorms work on posts, and the sandy soil works on footing stability. If your Dvele fence is wobbling, pulling away at the gate, or showing rot at the post bases, it’s not something that waits. A failed fence section is a liability, not an eyesore.

Which Dvele Models This Applies To

A wide opening with a new beam where the kitchen wall was removed

Dvele’s fence systems are built around their modular exterior package, but not all Dvele projects use the same fence kit. Some Dvele homes in Central Florida came spec’d with aluminum panel fencing, others with wood privacy or composite. The compatibility question comes down to two things: the post spacing and the panel mounting style. Dvele panels use a hidden-bracket mounting system on most builds we’ve worked on, which means you can’t just slap a big-box fence panel in and call it done.

To identify what you have, look at the inside face of a post near the gate. Dvele posts carry a small model stamp, usually two letters followed by four digits. If that stamp is gone or sun-bleached out, measure the distance between post centers. Most Dvele Orlando installs we see are either 6-foot or 8-foot panel spans. That measurement alone tells us most of what we need. From there, we match OEM Dvele components where the spec calls for it, or a quality aftermarket equivalent when the OEM part isn’t worth the wait or the price. We stock both.

Sawyer Remodel Orlando is an independent contractor, not affiliated with Dvele. We’ve installed and repaired enough of their fence systems locally that we know the quirks without needing a rep on the phone.

Signs Your Dvele Fence Installation Is Failing

  • Posts leaning or pulling out of the ground. Orlando’s sandy soil doesn’t hold footings the way clay does up north. The original install may have used footings too shallow for our wind gusts, and now the whole line drifts.
  • Gate dragging or won’t latch. The gate side of a Dvele fence takes the most movement stress. When the post shifts even a quarter inch, the latch no longer lines up and the gate starts grinding on the track.
  • Panels warping or separating at the seams. Dvele panels are modular, and FL humidity expands them. Once a seam opens, water gets in and the cycle accelerates fast.
  • Wood rot at post bases. If your Dvele build used wood posts, Orlando’s wet-dry-wet cycle rots them from grade level down. The post looks fine up top and hollow at the bottom.
  • Rust staining on aluminum or steel hardware. Salt air from the coast, plus our humidity, eats cheap fasteners. When you see brown streaks below a bracket, that bracket is failing.

Replacement Cost & What’s Included

A garage converted into a guest room and home office

In Orlando, a full Dvele fence installation or panel replacement runs $3,500 to $9,000. Where you land in that range depends on three things: total linear feet, whether we’re replacing posts or just panels, and what material your Dvele spec used. Aluminum and composite run higher than pressure-treated wood, and gate rebuilds add real labor because the hinges and latch hardware get replaced as a set.

We write the price before any work starts. That number includes pulling and hauling the old sections, setting or resetting posts, installing the new panels and hardware, and a final walk with you. No change orders because we measured wrong. No add-on fees at the invoice. The 365-Day Done Right Promise stands on fence work the same as any other job: if it’s not right, we make it right, in writing, for a full year.

Scope Typical Orlando Price
Single panel replacement (wood or composite) $350 – $900
Partial fence section (3 – 5 panels, posts included) $1,800 – $4,200
Full Dvele fence installation (standard yard) $3,500 – $9,000
Gate rebuild with new hardware $600 – $1,800

DIY or Call Us?

Here’s the honest split. You can safely check your post spacing, look for the Dvele stamp, and note which way the lean runs. That’s useful when you call. What you shouldn’t do is pull a post yourself in Orlando. Our soil means the footing is usually deeper than it looks, and a stuck post yanked with a truck or a come-along turns into a snapped chain or a dented bumper fast. Setting a post that will actually hold in sandy FL soil takes a proper concrete collar and the right depth for wind load, and that’s not a weekend job.

If you’re at the point where the fence is leaning or the gate won’t close, call (850) 809-0306. We’ll come out, confirm what you’ve got, and hand you a written price before we touch anything.
