How to Redeem
Redeeming an offer is simple. Call (850) 809-0306 and mention the offer by name. We’ll book your visit and confirm the details, including who’s coming and when, under The Relay Standard. When your technician arrives, reference the offer again so it’s applied to your written estimate or invoice. That’s it. Three steps, no fine print.
What Our Offers Cover
Every special on this page applies to the work we do in Orlando: general contracting, bathroom remodeling, and whole-home renovation. We’re not a handyman service running discount specials on unrelated tasks. When we quote a bathroom in College Park or Dr. Phillips, the price is written, the materials are named, and the guarantee is in the contract. Here’s what that means for your project:
- Written price before any work starts. The number you approve is the number on the invoice. No change orders unless you request a scope change.
- Background-checked, uniformed technicians. You know exactly who’s walking into your Orlando home before they arrive.
- Live arrival time tracking. Part of The Relay Visibility Guarantee. You see when we’re showing up.
- Before-and-after photo updates. You get a record of the work, not just a final walkthrough.
- 365-Day Done Right Promise. A full year of accountability after the project closes, in writing.

AfterHow Much Does a Bathroom Remodel Cost in Orlando?
A bathroom remodel in Orlando typically runs between $18,000 and $45,000 depending on size, materials, and whether you’re moving plumbing. A small guest bath with a fiberglass surround lands on the lower end. A primary bath with a custom tile shower, new vanity, and Schluter edge trim (the metal strip that waterproofs where your tile meets the floor) pushes toward the upper end. Whole-home renovations in neighborhoods like Delaney Park or Thornton Park often start around $80,000 and go up from there. The fastest way to get your number is to call (850) 809-0306 and ask for a written estimate. It’s free, and it’s the same process we use on every job.
Do Your Offers Change the Price Once Work Starts?
No. The price on your written estimate is the price you pay, unless you ask us to add scope. That’s the whole point of The Relay Visibility Guarantee. We’ve seen too many Orlando homeowners sign a contract and then watch the number climb with change orders. We don’t run that business. If a material isn’t available or something’s discovered behind a wall, we stop and talk to you before any additional work happens. You approve the new number or we don’t do it.
Why We Run Specials Instead of Discounting the Whole Job
Some contractors in Orlando advertise low bids and then make it up in change orders. We’d rather keep our pricing honest and offer specific value on the things that reduce your risk: a free written estimate, a free second visit if a repair fails, and a year-long guarantee included on every project. That’s more useful than a vague “10% off” that quietly disappears from the final invoice. Luca Romano founded this company in 2005 on that principle, and it hasn’t changed.
Frequently Asked Questions
Both. The free written estimate, the 365-Day Done Right Promise, and the free second visit on failed repairs apply to general contracting and whole-home renovation work across Orlando. Call (850) 809-0306 and tell us what you’re planning. We’ll tell you which offers apply.
No. The estimate is free, and you’re under no obligation to book the work. We’d rather you have a real number in your hands, even if you decide to wait or go another direction. Call (850) 809-0306 to schedule yours.
Because it’s in writing. The Relay Visibility Guarantee means a written price before any work starts. If you don’t request a change, the number doesn’t change. That’s a standing commitment on every Sawyer Remodel Orlando project.
Often, yes. Luca Romano is the owner and lead contractor, and he’s on jobsites across Orlando regularly. Every technician who shows up is background-checked and uniformed, and you’ll know their name before they arrive.
